Unboxing and First Use

To ensure your cat enjoys their new cave bed from day one, we recommend following these simple steps:

1. Check the product
Upon receiving the bed, verify that it is in good condition and shows no visible damage, stains, or defects. If you find any issues, please contact our customer service to assist you as soon as possible.

2. Restore its original shape
The bed may arrive slightly compressed due to packaging. Once removed from the package, gently shake it, reshape it with your hands, and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours. It will gradually regain its plush and cozy shape.

3. Cleaning before use
For better hygiene, it is recommended to wash the removable cover if the model includes one, or to clean the surface with a damp cloth before first use. Allow it to dry completely before placing it for your pet.

4. Choose the ideal spot
Place the bed in a quiet, warm corner protected from drafts. Some ideal options include next to the living room sofa, beside the bed in the bedroom, or in a sunny area near the window.

Avoid placing it in hallways, noisy areas, or high-traffic spots, so your cat can feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable.

5. Let your cat discover it at their own pace
Every cat has its own adaptation time. Allow them to explore it calmly, and if you want to encourage them, you can place a familiar blanket or one of their favorite toys inside.
